    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Scroll to “Personal”
    3. Tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Enable “Back up my data” to back up app data, settings, and passwords to your account
    5. Enable “Automatic restore” to allow app data, settings, and passwords to be restored automatically when you sign in with your backup account

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Scroll to and tap “Accounts”
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for backing up the contacts
    4. Tick the “Contacts” check box
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now”

    NOTE: Contacts that have been backed up using the method above can be restored automatically the next time you sign in with the backup account.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the Android device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate and copy the media files on the phone
    5. Transfer the files in the desired backup location on the computer
    6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord

    Restore Media Files from a PC:

    1. Connect the Panasonic device to the computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File transfer” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. On the computer, launch the File Explorer
    4. Locate the media file backups on the PC storage
    5. Copy and paste the backup files back on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder
    6. Once done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect it from the USB cord
