Block Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” Off

Block Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap the message thread exchange with the phone number/contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The message thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are turned off for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Press “Menu” again
6. Go to “People & Options”
7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it isn’t supported by your carriers)
4. Enter or edit the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
