Block Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” ON

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Tap the desired contact and go to “Edit”
4. Press “Menu”
5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Select the message thread exchanged with the contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The blocked conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. In addition, notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Press “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, you can select a contact from the phonebook
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable “Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu’ > “Settings”
3. Access “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Access “Call forwarding”
5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
6. Tap “Disable” to confirm
