Create a Contact:

1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Contacts”
2. Tap “+”
3. Select an account to use for contact syncing, or select a different storage option for the new contact
4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
5. Tap “Done” to confirm

Import Contacts:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Import/Export”
4. Select to “Import from SIM” or a different location
5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete

Export Contacts:

1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Contacts”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export”
3. Select to “Export to storage” or a different location
4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Assign Contacts to Favorites:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Select the desired contact
3. Tap the “Star” icon associated with the desired contact

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
2. Go to “Widgets”
3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget in an empty area on the home screen
4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets for additional contacts on the home screen. Additionally you can organize these widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one widget and dropping it over another.

Delete Contacts:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Tap and hold the desired contact
3. Tap the “Trash can” icon to confirm

Reset the Call Log:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access “Recents”
3. Tap “View full call history”
4. To view more details on a call log entry, select it
5. To reset the call log, go to “Recents” and tap “Menu” > “Clear call log/history”

Create a Caller Group:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “Groups”
3. Tap “New group” and select an account with which to sync the caller group
4. Enter the group’s name
5. Optionally, set a group ringtone
6. When ready, tap “Done”

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Access “Groups”
3. Select the desired caller group and tap “Edit”
4. Tap “+” and select the contacts you want to assign
5. Press “Done”
