    Block Calls:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
    4. Tap “Call blocking”
    5. Select the desired blocking option and follow the on-screen prompts

    NOTE: If this is the first time enabling call blocking, you will be asked to create a password. Optionally, you can tap “change call blocking password” to change the existing one.

    Block/Unblock Calls from a Contact:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    4. Turn “All calls to voicemail” ON

    NOTE: To unblock the contact, follow the steps above and then disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages:

    1. Open Google Messenger
    2. Tap the message thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

    NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. In addition you will no longer receive notifications for blocked messages.

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open Google Messenger
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    5. Tap “Menu” again
    6. Go to “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Fixed Dialing:

    NOTE: You can limit the phone numbers you can contact via Fixed Dialing as follows:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call settings”
    4. Tap “Fixed dialing numbers” and enable “FDN”
    5. If necessary, enter your SIM card PIN and tap “OK”
    6. Access “FDN list”
    7. Tap “Menu” > “Add contact” and enter the name/phone number of the desired contact
    8. Tap “Save”

    Change Caller ID Settings:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call settings” > “Additional settings”
    4. Go to “Caller ID”
    5. Select to “Hide number”, “Show number” or “Network default”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Voice” > “Always forward”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Tap “Voice” and select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Update”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding” > “Voice”
    4. If necessary, select the desired forwarding option
    5. Turn Call forwarding Off
