    Transfer iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync the contacts on your iPhone with your Google account, and then sync the account data, including contacts, with the Android phone.

    1. Connect the iPhone to the PC via USB
    2. Launch iTunes on the computer
    3. In iTunes, click the iPhone and go to “Info”
    4. Enable “Sync Contacts with” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    5. Log in with the Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    6. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
    7. Once the sync is done, switch to the Android device and sign in with the same account used in iTunes
    8. Set the account so that it can sync contacts with the Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from an iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts area backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in with the account on a computer connected to the Internet, and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
    3. Go to “Contacts” and select the desired contact you want to share
    4. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
    5. Once the vCard has been exported, follow one of the steps below:
      • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
      • Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import the vCard to the phonebook via “Contacts”

    Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: Although the methods above require a computer with Internet access, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Go to the App Store and install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
    2. Open the app and tap “Backup”. This will create a vCard file containing your iPhone contacts
    3. Once done, tap “Email”
    4. Ensure the vCard is attached to the email and send it to your own address
    5. Switch to the Android phone and open the email
    6. Download the vCard attachment and use “Contacts” to import its contents to your phonebook

    Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use for contact transfer is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring a computer.

    1. Go to the App Store and install Send Anywhere on the iPhone
    2. Visit the Play Store and install the same app on the Android device
    3. Launch the app on both devices
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
    5. Select the desired contact and tap “Send”
    6. Lastly, choose a transfer method on one of the devices and follow the on-screen steps to complete the transfer
