Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet to sync the iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data – including contacts – with the Android phone.

1. Connect the iPhone to the computer using the Lightning cable
2. Open iTunes on the PC and click the iPhone
3. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts with”
4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
5. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
7. Once the sync is done, switch to the Android phone and log in with the same account used in iTunes
8. Set the account to sync contacts with the Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts are already backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in to the account on a computer with access to the Internet and export the contacts in a vCard file for use on the Android device.

1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
3. Log in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts”
4. Select the desired contacts to share and click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
5. Once the vCard has been downloaded, follow one of the steps below:
   
   • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to the phonebook via Google Contacts, or:
   • Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: Although the methods above require computer access, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share contacts via email.

1. Go to the App Store and install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
2. Launch the app and tap “Backup” to create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
3. Once done, tap “Email”
4. Compose a new email ensuring the vCard is attached
5. Send the attachment to your own address
6. On the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard attachment
7. Import the vCard to your phonebook via “Contacts”

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party application available on Android and iOS, which can be used to share contacts and other file types without requiring computer access.

1. Visit the App Store and install Send Anywhere on the iPhone
2. Go to the Play Store and install the app on the Android phone
3. Open the app on both devices
4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send”
6. Lastly, select a transfer method on one of the devices and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
