    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset
    3. Enable “Back up my data” to back up app data, Wi-Fi passwords, and settings to your backup account
    4. Enable “Automatic Restore” to allow app data, settings, and passwords to be restored when reinstalling apps or when logging in with the backup account

    Back Up & Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Access “Accounts
    3. Select an account for contact backup
    4. Tick the “Contacts” check box if necessary
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now” to start the backup

    NOTE: You can restore contacts the next time you sign in with the account, or by syncing the account data with the phone.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Copy and transfer the files in the desired backup location on the computer
    5. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port

    Restore Media Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the BLU device to the computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” on the phone
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media file backups on the PC storage
    5. Copy and transfer the files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and disconnect the device from the USB cord
