    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “People”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    3. Access “Blocked contacts”
    4. Tap “Add” and perform one of the following steps:
      • To block an existing contact, select it and tap “save”. Optionally tap “OK” if you wish to store the contact information to a different account before blocking it
      • To block a new phone number: enter it and press “OK”

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “People”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    3. Go to “Blocked contacts”
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
    5. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Delete”

    Block Incoming Messages:

    1. Launch “Messages”
    2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact whose messages you want to block
    3. Tap “Block contact” in the “Message options” pop-up

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu”
    5. Tap “Unblock contacts”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Select “Always forward”
    4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
    4. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
    4. Tap “Disable” to confirm
