    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Scroll to “personal
    3. Tap “Backup & reset
    4. Enable “Back up my data” to back up app data, settings, and passwords to your backup account
    5. Enable “Automatic restore” to allow app data to be restored automatically upon reinstalling apps or the next time you log in with the backup account

    Back Up & Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Access “Accounts
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for contact backup
    4. Make sure the “Contacts” check box is ticked
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now

    NOTE: Contacts can be restored the next time you sign in with the backup account or by syncing the account data with the phone at any time.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the Micromax device and PC
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media files on the phone
    5. Copy and transfer the files to the desired backup location on the computer
    6. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect it from the USB cord

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the PC
    4. Locate the media files backed up on the PC storage
    5. Copy and transfer the files to the phone storage
    6. After the transfer completes, eject the phone storage via system tray and disconnect the device from the USB connector
