    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Access “All contacts”
    3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Incoming Messages:

    1. Open Google Messenger
    2. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    5. Press “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation thread will be archived, same as any future messages from the blocked contact. Notifications are disabled for archived messages.

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch Google Messenger
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    5. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
    6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]” to confirm

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if the feature isn’t supported by your carrier)
    3. Enter or edit the phone number/contact you want to use
    4. Tap “Enable”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding”
    4. Select a call forwarding option like “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding”
    4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
    5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
