    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “People”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    3. Go to “Blocked contacts”
    4. Tap “Add” and select one of the following steps:
      • To block an existing contact, select it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking it
      • To block a new phone number, enter it and tap “OK”

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “People”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Manage contacts”
    4. Access “Blocked contacts”
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
    6. Select the contact you want to unblock
    7. Tap “Delete”

    Block Incoming Messages:

    1. Open Messages
    2. Tap and hold the thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
    3. In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact” to confirm

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Select “Always forward”
    4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact from the phonebook
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
    4. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding”
    4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
    5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
