    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
    3. Enable “Back up my data” to back up Wi-Fi passwords, settings, and app data to your Google backup account
    4. Enable “Automatic Restore” to allow settings, app data, and passwords to be automatically restored when reinstalling apps or signing in with the backup account

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Access “All contacts”
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for the backup
    4. Make sure “Contacts” is checked
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now”

    NOTE: You can restore contacts by syncing them with the device the next time you log in with the backup account.

    Back Up Media Files on a PC:

    1. Connect the BLU device to the computer via USB
    2. Enable “File transfer” / “Media device” when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Copy and transfer the files in the desired backup location on the PC storage
    5. Once done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port

    Restore Media Files From a PC:

    1. Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the media file backups on the PC storage
    4. Copy and transfer the files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder
    5. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
