Block Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages will be archived, and notification alerts are turned off for all archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Archived”
3. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact whose messages you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu” > “People & Options”
5. To confirm, tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: the option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
3. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
5. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Access “Call forwarding”
4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
