I have solved how to transfer Apps to SD card. You have to select applications then application manager. Select the App you want to move to SD card and once the App is open it gives you the choice to transfer to SD card. As far as making the SD card default storage. I found a blog that says to download ES Explorer from play store and install then go to settings once it is opened, then select directory settings, then select download path and change it to the SD card.
