Create a New Contact:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Tap “+”
4. Select an account with which to sync the contact or select a different method of storing the contact
5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
6. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export”
3. Select to “Import from Storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the transfer

Remove the Contact:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to remove
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Tap “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
2. Access “Widgets”
3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add additional Direct Dial widgets on the home screen for multiple contacts. You can also organize these widgets on the home screen by dragging one Direct Dial widget and dropping it over another.

Reset the Call Log:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Call history”
4. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
5. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history”
6. Tap “Clear call history”

Create a Caller Group:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to use for creating the new group
4. Tap “More Fields”
5. Go to “Group name” and tap “Create new group”
6. Enter the desired name for the group and tap “OK”

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to add to a group
4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
5. Tap “Group name”
6. Select the desired caller group and tap “OK” to confirm
