Block Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]
5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: the conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for all archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options” > “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
4. Enter or edit the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” , “When unanswered” or “When busy’
5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
