Block Calls from a Contact:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Make sure you view “All contacts”
3. Tap the desired contact
4. Then tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF

Block Messages:

1. Launch Google Messenger
2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]”

NOTE: the conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived, and notifications will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived’
3. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” again
6. Access “People & Options”
7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings’
3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if it’s unsupported by your carrier)
4. Add the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Access “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
5. Tap “Disable”
