    Block Calls:

    1. Open “People” and tap “Menu
    2. Tap “Manage contacts
    3. Access “Blocked contacts” and tap “Add
    4. Perform one of the steps below:
      • To block a contact, select it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before you block it
      • To block a new phone number, enter it and tap “OK

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Launch “People
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts
    3. Go to “Blocked contacts” and tap “Menu
    4. Tap “Remove blocked contacts
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Delete

    Block Messages:

    1. Launch Messages
    2. Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Block contact” in the “Message options” pop-up

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch Messages
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Access “Block list
    4. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Go to “Settings
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
    3. Select to “Always forward
    4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact
    5. Tap “Enable

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
    3. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy
    4. Tap “Enable” / “Update

    Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
    3. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
    4. Tap “Disable” to confirm
