Block Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” Off

Block Messages:

1. Launch Google Messenger
2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact/phone number will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu” > “People & Options”
5. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Go to “Call forwarding”
5. Select to forward calls “When unanswered” “When busy” or “When unreachable”
6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
7. Tap “Enable” / “Disable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off and tap “Disable”
