Block Calls From a Contact:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Block numbers”
4. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   • To block a new phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “Default”
   • To block unknown callers: enable “block unknown callers”
   • To block a contact from the phonebook or call log: go to “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the contact/phone number

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Access “Block numbers”
4. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
3. Tap “Message block”
4. Set the slider “ON” and tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Access “Block messages”
5. Tap “Block numbers” and enter the phone number you want to block
6. Alternatively, tap “+” and select a contact from the “Contacts” list or “Inbox”
7. Tap “Back”

Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Settings” > “Block numbers”
4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the desired phone number

Reset the Call Log:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Go to “Recents”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
4. Select the call log entry you want to remove or tap “All”
5. When ready, tap “Delete”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “more settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
6. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “More settings”
3. Access “Call forwarding”
4. Select to “Forward when unreachable” “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact
6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “more settings” > “Call forwarding’
4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
5. Tap “Turn Off”
