    Switch to 2G Networks Temporarily:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Go to “Apps” > “All apps”
    3. Select the desired app
    4. Tap “Disable” or “Force Stop” to disable the app, or:
    5. Tap “Uninstall” to remove the app

    Keep the OS Updated:

NOTE: OS updates can improve battery life and as such it’s recommended to keep the OS up to date at all times. To check if new updates are available:

    1. Go to “Settings”
    2. Access “About phone” > “System updates”
    3. Check if new updates are available
    4. If applicable, follow the on-screen prompts to download and apply the update (NOTE: the process will require you to reboot the phone at least once)
