Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Block numbers”
4. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   • To block a new phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “Default”
   • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
   • To block a contact from the phonebook or the call log: go to “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the desired entry

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Block numbers”
4. Tap “-“ next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Block Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
3. Tap “Message block”
4. Set the slider “ON” and tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Access “Block messages”
4. Tap “Block numbers” and enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+”
5. Select a contact from “Inbox” or “Contacts”

Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Access “Block numbers”
5. Tap “-“ next to the phone number you want to unblock

Reset the Call Log:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Go to “Recents”
3. Tap “Menu”
4. Access “Delete”
5. Select the call log entry you want to remove or tap “All”
6. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select to “Always forward”
6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select an existing contact from the phonebook
7. Tap “turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select to “Forward when unreachable” “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
6. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
