Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the PC and Android device
    2. On the phone, enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the audio files on the computer
    5. Copy and paste the desired files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” and “Notifications” folder
    6. Once the process completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Go to “Sound & Notification”
    3. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
    4. Optionally, turn “Also vibrate for calls” ON or OFF

    Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: You cannot set custom ringtones for contacts stored on the phone’s internal storage or the SIM card.

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Tap and hold the desired contact
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    4. Tap “Set ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    5. Press “OK”

    Change the Notification Alert Sound:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Go to “Sound & Notification”
    3. Tap “Default notification ringtone”
    4. Select the desired notification alert and tap “OK”
