Did it happen after an update? Check if your iPhone is out of storage. This may lead to iPhone not logging recent calls. If your iPhone is about to run out of storage, clear unwanted big files and uninstall apps that you barely use, to reclaim more free space. Then, have a check.

If your recent calls are still not showing, try to fix it by resetting all settings on your iPhone. This method may fix bug that causes the issue, and won’t delete any data on your device.

I have an issue with an iPhone 5 that has only recently cropped up.

If someone rings me, or if I call them, the call is not showing up on my recent calls list.

What can I do to sort this issue, please? (Hopefully, without losing my address book in the process.)
