    NOTE: You can check this thread for a guide on how to back up app data, contacts, and media.

    Restore App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Access “Phone management”
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset” > “Restore from backup”
    4. Select the backup file you want to restore
    5. Tap “Start” > “Done”

    NOTE: You might have to reboot the phone to complete the restore process.

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Access “Phone management”
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset”
    4. Under “LG Backup” tap “Restore from backup”
    5. Select the backup you want to restore
    6. Tap “Start”
    7. When prompted with “Restored” tap “Done”

    Restore Media Files:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Go to “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Tap “Restore from backup”
    5. Select the media file backups you want to restore
    6. Tap “Start” and when prompted with “Restore Completed” tap “Restart”

    Restore Media Files from a PC:

    1. Connect the LG phone to the PC via USB
    2. On the phone, enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” when prompted of from the Notification shade
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media file backups on the PC storage
    5. Copy and paste the files to the phone storage, preferably in the folders of origin
    6. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
