Back Up App Data:

1. Launch “Settings”
2. Go to “Phone Management”
3. Tap “Backup & Reset”
4. Access “Google Backup”
5. Enable “Back up my data”

Back Up Contacts Using an LG Account:

1. Open “Settings”
2. Access “Phone Management”
3. Tap “Backup & Reset”
4. Go to “LG Backup” > “Backup & Restore”
5. Tap “Back up my data” > “SD storage”
6. Sign in with your LG account and select “Personal data”
7. Expand the “Personal data” option and deselect the other options
8. Ensure “Contacts” is checked
9. Tap “Start” > “Done”

Back Up Contacts to SD Storage:

1. Open “Settings”
2. Access “Phone Management”
3. Tap “Backup & Reset” > “LG Backup & Restore”
4. Tap “Backup data” > “SD Card”
5. Select the desired contacts
6. Tap “Start” > “Done”

Back Up Media Files:

1. Open “Settings”
2. Under “Phone management” tap “Backup & Reset”
3. Access “LG Backup”
4. Tap “Backup & Restore”
5. Select “Media data” and deselect the other options
6. Expand “Media data” and select he media files you want to back up
7. When ready, tap “Start” > “Done”

Back Up Media Files on a PC:

1. Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
2. On the phone, enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the Notification area
3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
4. Locate the media backup files or the “.sbf” files on the phone
5. Copy and transfer the files to the desired backup location on the PC
6. Once the process completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device form the USB port
