    Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Block numbers” and follow one of the steps below:
      • To block a new phone number: enter it and make sure the match criteria is set to “Default”
      • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
      • To block a contact from the call log or phonebook, access “Recents” or “Contacts” and select it

    Unblock Calls from a Contact:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Block numbers”
    4. Tap “-“ next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

    Block Messages:

    1. Launch “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Block numbers” > “Message block”
    4. Set the slider “ON”
    5. Tap “OK”

    Block Messages from a Phone Number:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Block messages”
    3. Tap “Block numbers” and enter the phone number whose messages you want to block
    4. Tap “+” and select a contact form “Inbox” or “Contacts”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Block numbers”
    4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number whose messages you want to unlock

    Reset the Call Log:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Access “Recents”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
    4. Select the call log entry you want to remove or tap “All”
    5. Tap “Delete” to confirm

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “More settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding” (this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
    4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact
    5. Tap “Turn On”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “More settings”
    4. Access “Call forwarding”
    5. Select to “Froward when unreachable” “Forward when busy” or “Forward when unanswered”
    6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
    7. When ready, tap “Turn on”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Turn off”
