    Back Up App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Go to “Phone Management
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset” and select “Google Backup
    4. Enable “Back up my data

    Back Up Contacts to an LG Account:

    1. Launch “Settings” and access “Phone Management
    2. Tap “Backup & Reset
    3. Tap “LG Backup” > “Backup & Restore
    4. Tap “Back up my data
    5. Log in with your LG account, then select “Personal data” and deselect the other options
    6. Expand “Personal data” and make sure “Contacts” is checked
    7. When ready, tap “Start” > “Done

    Back Up Contacts to SD Storage:

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Tap “Backup & Reset” under “Phone Management
    3. Tap “LG Backup & Restore
    4. Tap “Backup data” > “SD Card
    5. Select the desired contacts
    6. Tap “Start” > “Done

    Back Up Media Files:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Tap “Backup & Reset” under “Phone Management
    3. Tap “LG Backup
    4. Tap “Backup & Restore
    5. Select “Media data” and deselect the other options
    6. Expand the “Media data” option and select the media files you want to back up
    7. Tap “Start” > “Done

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to the PC via USB
    2. On the phone, enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the PC
    4. Locate the media files on the phone, or the backup files that have the “.sbf” extension
    5. Copy and paste the desired files to the backup location on the PC storage
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
