Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the phone and PC
    2. On the phone, enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the audio files on the PC
    5. Copy the desired files and paste them to the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” and “Notifications” directories
    6. After the process completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Access “Sound and vibration”
    3. Tap “Ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “Back”

    Change a Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: Custom contact ringtones can’t be assigned for contacts stored on the phone’s internal memory or the SIM card.

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Tap the desired contact
    3. Access “Details”
    4. Tap “Edit” > “More” > “Ringtone”
    5. If necessary enable “Allow storage permissions”
    6. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”

    Change Incoming Email Settings:

    1. Launch “Email”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Manage accounts”
    4. Select your email address
    5. Tap “Notification settings” > “Email notifications”
    6. Tick or clear the “Vibrate” and “Notifications” check boxes

    Change Emergency Alert Settings:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Emergency alert settings”
    4. Tap “Emergency alerts”
    5. Enable or disable “Imminent severe alerts” “Imminent extreme alerts” and “AMBER alerts”
