    Hi I have a blackberry key2 and I am trying to turn off call forwarding for when I am on a call and it is diverting incoming calls direct to voicemail rather than notifying me of an incoming call. can anyone help with this?

    Block Calls from a Contact:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Access “All contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit’ > “menu’
    5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Incoming Messages from a Contact:

    1. Launch Google Messages
    2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    5. Press “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notifications will be turned off for archived messages.

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch Google Messages
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation exchanged wit hteh contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu” > “People & Options”
    5. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
    4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
    5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to sue for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. If necessary select the forwarding option you want to turn off
    5. Tap “Disable”
