Share iPhone Contacts Using Google’s Type-C to Type-A adapter:

    1. After powering on your Pixel, insert the iPhone SIM card when asked to do so
    2. Tap “Next” and choose to copy data from a previous device you used
    3. Sign in to a Wi-Fi network when asked to do so
    4. Plug one end of the Lightning cable in the USB adapter that came with your Pixel, and the other end to your iPhone to connect both smartphones to one another
    5. Unlock the iPhone and allow the Pixel to connect. Tap “Trust” in the pop-up
    6. Switch to the Pixel phone and sign in with your Google account
    7. Wait for the Pixel to finish searching the data on the iPhone
    8. Next, enable “Contacts” in the list of items and tap “Copy

Sync iPhone Contacts with Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with an active Internet connection, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data with your Google Pixel.

    1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
    2. Launch iTunes on the computer and access “Info
    3. Enable “Sync Contacts With
    4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop down menu
    5. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
    7. Once done, switch to the Pixel and sign in with the same Google device used in iTunes
    8. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Google phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts have been backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in to your account on a computer connected to the Internet, and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the PC
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
    3. Go to “Contacts
    4. Select the contacts you want to share
    5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard” and wait for the file to be downloaded on the computer
    6. Once done, you can perform one of the two steps below:
      • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
      • Connect the Pixel to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and use “Contacts” to import it

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the iTunes and iCloud methods above require a computer with Internet access, alternatively you can also transfer iPhone contacts using third party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and transfer iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Open the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Launch the app and tap “Backup” to create a backup file containing your iPhone contacts
    3. Tap “Email” once done
    4. Ensure the vCard backup file is attached to the email, and send it to your own address
    5. Switch to the Google Pixel and open the email
    6. Download the vCard and import it using “Contacts

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to transfer contacts without requiring a PC.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. On the Pixel, go to the Play Store and install the same app
    3. Launch the app on both devices
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
    5. Select the contacts you want to share and tap “Send
    6. Lastly, select the desired transfer method (such as “Generate QR Code” on iPhone or “Receive” on Google) and follow the on-screen steps to complete
