I am having trouble blocking calls on my Samsung Galaxy S5 neo android cell phone. Once I get to settings and it tells you to go to call, call rejection, auto reject list it is not there. What I see is Block numbers, once in this part it says block calls & messages from specific phone numbers but each time I add a number I do not want to receive calls from they still come in anyway and leave a message??

Where it says block numbers there is also a title called Block Unknown Callers, should this be turned on to reject calls? Please let me know if this should be turned on in order to reject calls.

Why is this not the same as the instructions for a Samsung Galaxy neo 5? Is the call rejection button somewhere else on the phone? Are there different instructions for the Samsung Galaxy neo 5 version 7.0, version 2.3.00.4, baseband version G903WVLU1CQI1??
