    NOTE: You can check this thread for instructions on how to back up app data, contacts, and media files.

    Restore App Data:

    1. Open Settings
    2. Access Phone Management
    3. Tap Backup & Reset
    4. Go to Restore from backup and select the desired backup file
    5. Tap Start > Done

    NOTE: you might have to reboot the device to complete the restore.

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Launch Settings
    2. Go to Phone Management > Backup & Reset
    3. Select Restore from backup under LG Backup
    4. Select the backup you want to restore and tap Start
    5. When prompted with Restored tap Done

    Restore Media Files:

    1. Open Settings
    2. Go to Phone Management
    3. Tap Backup & Reset > Restore from backup
    4. Select the media file backups you want to restore
    5. Tap Start > Restart

    Restore Media Files from a PC:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the Android device and PC
    2. On the phone, enable Media device / File Transfer at the prompt or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the PC and locate the media backup files
    4. Copy and transfer the files to the phone storage, preferably in the folders of origin
    5. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect it from the USB cord
