    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Access “Personal
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset
    4. Enable “Back up my data” to back up app data, Wi-Fi passwords, and settings to your backup account
    5. Enable “Automatic Restore” to allow app data, settings, and passwords to be restored automatically when reinstalling apps or when signing in with the backup account

    Back Up & Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Access “Accounts” and select an account type
    3. Tap an account to use for contact syncing
    4. Make sure the “Contacts” tick box is checked
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now

    NOTE: Contacts can be restored automatically when logging in with the backup account or manually by syncing the account data with the phone.

    Back Up Media Files on a PC:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the Android phone and computer
    2. On the phone, enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the PC
    4. Navigate to the media files on the phone
    5. Copy and paste the files to the desired backup location on the computer
    6. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port

    Restore Media Files from a PC:

    1. Connect the phone to the PC vai USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” on the phone, when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the backup files and copy them
    5. Transfer the files to the phone storage in the folders of origin
    6. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
