Block Incoming Calls From a Contact:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access “Call logs”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
4. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
5. Tap “Blocked numbers” and go to “Call logs” “Contacts” or tap “New number”
6. Select or enter the contact/phone number you want to block
7. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access “Call logs”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
4. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
6. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
7. Tap “Remove”

Block Incoming Messages From a Contact:

1. Launch “Messaging”
2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messaging”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Message blocking”
4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
5. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Reset the Call Log:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access “Call logs”
3. Tap “Menu”
4. Tap “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access “Call logs”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
4. Tap “more” under ‘Advanced”
5. Go to “Call forwarding”
6. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
7. When ready, tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Access “Call logs”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding” and tap “Turn Off”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Access “Call logs”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
4. Tap “more” > “Call forwarding”
5. Under “Forward if” select “Unreachable” “Unanswered” or “Busy”
6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact
7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Go to “Call logs” and tap “Menu”
3. Tap “Call settings”
4. Tap “more” under “Advanced”
5. Access “Call forwarding”
6. Select the forwarding option you want to disable and tap “Turn Off”
