    Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “menu”
    2. Go to “Settings” > “Blocked numbers”
    3. Perform one of the following steps:
      • To block a phone number: enter it end ensure the match criteria is set to “Default”
      • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
      • To block a contact from the phonebook or call history: access “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the desired phone number/contact

    Unblock Calls from a Contact:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Blocked numbers”
    4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

    Block Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Block Messages”
    4. Tap “Block numbers”
    5. Enter the desired phone number
    6. Alternatively, tap “+” and select from “Inbox” or “Contacts”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Block numbers”
    4. Tap “-“ next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

    Clear the Call Log:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Go to “Recents” and tap “menu”
    3. Tap “Delete” and select the desired call log entry or tap “All”
    4. Tap “Delete”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “more settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number or select the contact you want to use for call forwarding
    5. Tap “Turn On”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings”> “More settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding”
    5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
    6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
    7. Tap “Turn On”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “More settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” and if necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Turn Off”
