Yes it has but these modified versions are doesn't belong to it, because these modified versions are developed by different developers.

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the phone number/contact whose calls you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Tap the contact whose calls you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and notification alerts will be disabled for all the archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Archived” and select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
4. Tap “menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Press “Menu” again and access “People & Options” then tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Access “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off and tap “Disable”
