For anyone else who has this issue - LG Support had me go into Settings>General>Apps>Phone>Storage - and "Clear data" and/or "Clear cache". This fixed my issue and I got the pop-up again to accept or decline calls.

Just got a new LG G7 ThinQ and I have no idea how to answer a call. Whether the phone is locked or unlocked I get no notification of an incoming call other than the phone is ringing. The calls go to voicemail after the required rings since no-one picks up. I can make calls with no issue.

No icons pop up to answer or decline the call. If the phone is in my car I can answer with the steering wheel controls. I purchased the phone on my Google Fi account and I chatted with them about it so they sent me a replacement phone - same issue with second phone.

Thoughts?
