    Lower the Screen Brightness and Timeout Duration:

    1. On the home screen, swipe up from the bottom
    2. From the Notification area, drag the brightness slider towards the left
    3. Launch “Settings”
    4. Access “Display” and tap “Advanced”
    5. Tap “Sleep”
    6. Select a lower timeout value

    Enable Battery Optimization:

    1. Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Access “Battery”
    4. Tap “Battery optimization”
    5. Select an app to optimize it
    6. Additionally, you can tap “menu” and enable “Advanced optimization”

    Disable Unused Connectivity Features:

    NOTE: You can disable the phone’s connectivity features when they are not actively in use to avoid unnecessary network scans and potentially improve battery life.

    1. Swipe the Status bar down on the home screen
    2. Tap the “Bluetooth” and “GPS” quick toggles to disable the features
    3. To turn off Wi-Fi, tap and hold the “Wi-Fi” toggle and set the switch OFF
    4. Launch “Settings” for hotspot options and access “Network & Internet”
    5. Tap “Hotspot & Tethering” > “Wi-Fi Hotspot’ and set the switch OFF

    Uninstall Third-Party Apps:

    NOTE: Certain third-party apps perform regular background processes and this can potentially affect the device’s battery life even when the apps are not actively in use. To remove third-party apps:

    1. Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen
    2. Access “Settings”
    3. Go to “Apps & Notifications”
    4. Switch to “See all apps” if necessary
    5. Select the desired app and tap “Uninstall” > “OK”

    Keep the OS Updated:

    NOTE: OS updates can improve battery life and it’s recommended to keep the OS up to date at all times.

    1. Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Go to “System” > “System update”
    4. Tap “Check for update” and if available, follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
