    Clear App Data/Cache:

NOTE: If an app doesn’t work as intended or takes up too much storage, you can try fixing the issues by clearing the app’s cache or data. WARNING! When you clear an app’s data, all of your personal data located within the app will be deleted. This includes custom settings, user profiles, login details etc. To avoid losing personal app data, clear ONLY the app cache.

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Access “Apps & Notifications”
    3. Switch to “All apps”
    4. Select the desired app and go to “Storage”
    5. Tap “Clear cache”
    6. If clearing the app cache didn’t solve the issues, tap “Clear data” (Check the WARNING above)

Reset Network and App Settings, Factory Reset the Phone:

NOTE: Ensure you’ve backed up all of your data before factory resetting the device.

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Go to “System” and tap “Reset options”
    3. To reset network settings, go to “Reset Wi-Fi Mobile & Bluetooth”
    4. Tap “Reset” twice
    5. To reset app settings, tap “Reset app preferences” > “Reset apps”
    6. To factory reset the phone, tap “Erase all data (Factory Reset)” > “Reset phone” > “Erase Everything”

    Uninstall Apps in Safe Mode:

NOTE: If a third-party app causes issues and prevents you from uninstalling it, you should be able to remove the app while in Safe Mode, where all third-party apps are disabled by default.

    1. Press and hold “Power”
    2. In the power management pop-up, tap and hold “Power off”
    3. Once the phone finishes rebooting, a “Safe Mode” watermark should be shown in the lower area of the home screen
    4. Launch “Settings”
    5. Go to “Apps & Notifications” and switch to “All apps”
    6. Select the desired app and tap “Uninstall” > “OK”
    7. To exit Safe Mode, reboot the phone normally
