We have a customer with an Apple iPhone 6S Plus getting the "sim not supported" message. It is currently locked to the Softbank network. Today we are going to show you how to unlock it so you can use it with other networks which include T-Mobile, At&t, Vodafone, Claro and other International carriers.

When your iPhone 6S Plus is carrier locked, and you insert a non accepted sim card (any sim card not from the original carrier) it will show the message "sim not supported" this means your iphone is still network locked and you cannot use it with the carrier of your choice.

Once we unlock it on the apple backend, your iPhone 6S Plus will no longer show that message
