    Nice sharing. To Create and Manage Contacts on Samsung Galaxy M20, we can also ask for help from Coolmuster Android Assistant. It can help us create and manage contacts on Samsung Galaxy M20 from the computer via USB cable. It's easy and safe.
    Choose the "Contacts" icon from the left side-bar, click the button of "New" to add new contact, "Delete" to delete unwanted contacts, "Edit" to modify existing contacts. You can edit name, email, phone number, website, address, middle name,etc.

    Create a Contact:

    1. Launch “Contacts
    2. Tap “+” and select to store the contact on “SIM” or “Phone” or to sync it with an account
    3. Add the contact details in the appropriate fields
    4. Tap “Done

    Import/Export Contacts:

    1. Open “Contacts” and tap “Menu
    2. Tap “Settings” > “Manage contacts
    3. Tap “Move contacts from phone” and select an account with which to sync the contact
    4. Tap “Move” > “Import/Export Contacts
    5. Perform one of the steps below:
      • When importing contacts: tap “Import” > “SD Card” and select the contacts, then tap “Internal storage” > “Done” > “Import” > “OK
      • When exporting contacts: tap “Export” > “SD Card” and select the desired contacts then tap “Done” > “Export” > “OK

    Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

    1. Open “phone
    2. Go to “Contacts” and tap “Menu
    3. Tap “Speed dial
    4. Select an unused speed dial key
    5. Tap the phone number/contact you want to link with the speed dial key

    Remove Contacts:

    1. Open “Contacts
    2. Tap the desired contact
    3. Tap “Menu
    4. Tap “Delete” twice

    Create a Caller Group:

    1. Launch “Contacts
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Go to “Groups” and tap “Create
    4. Enter the desired group name and tap “Save

    Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

    1. Open “Contacts
    2. Tap and hold the desired contact
    3. Tap “Details” > “Edit” > “Group
    4. Tick the check box associated with the desired caller group
    5. Tap “Back” > “Save
