hello after seen your article I would say that for calls internal speaker in question, at the top of the phone. Check the settings of your phone. Make an update if possible, or even a restoration before intervention, in the case of a software problem.

Can you hear the sound in headphone?
if yes, then your loudspeaker is damaged and replace with the new one.
If no, then another problem in your phone.

Looks like it, if speaker does not work at all is even a software problem on phone settings or some app disabling it or is a hardware problem. Best thing to do to get it check it out!

Yesterday , I plugged my auxillary cable into my phone and connected it to my old stero system to listen to music. Found that my old stero was in fact not working. Ever since then , there is a staic noise coming from my phone. I cant make calls. I cant hear them and they cant hear me. Its just static noise. Cant watch videos. Nothing. No volume at all. No ringtones. No alarms. What could be the problem and if so, how can i fix it ?
