I bought a "factory unlocked" Galaxy Note 8 on ebay to replace my 6 year old LG Optimus on my AT&T network. The phone was supposed to be new and it is...open box new at least. But when I first started it, it displayed a T-Mobile splash screen. I'm assuming this means it was not an unlocked phone at all. Should I return it? It was a bargan so if this will be easy to deal with, I might not return it. I am new to this sort of thing.
