    To Create and Manage Contacts and Caller Groups, you can use Samsung mobile manager tool. With its help, you can easily access to contacts, call logs, etc and manage them directly from computer. You just need to link your Samsung Galaxy S9 to pc via usb cable, start it.

    Create a Contact:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Tap “+” and select to store the contact on “SIM”, “Phone” or sync it with “Google”
    3. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
    4. Tap “Save”

    Import/Export Contacts:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Access “Manage contacts”
    5. Tap “move contacts from phone…”
    6. Select an account to use for contact syncing and tap “move”
    7. Tap “Import/Export contacts” and follow one of the steps below:
      • To import contacts: tap “Import” > “SD Card” and select the desired contacts, then tap “Internal storage” > “Done” > “Import” > “OK”
      • To export contacts: tap “Export” > “SD card” and select the desired contacts, then tap “Done” > “Export” and press “OK”

    Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Go to “Contacts”
    3. Tap “Menu”
    4. Access “Speed dial”
    5. Select the dial pad number you want to use
    6. Select the contact you want to link with the dial pad number
    7. Tap “Back”

    Delete Contacts:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Select the contact you want to remove
    3. Tap “Menu”
    4. Press “Delete” twice to confirm

    Create a Caller Group:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Groups”
    3. Tap “Create”
    4. Enter the desired group name and optionally, you can select a group ringtone
    5. When ready, tap “Save”

    Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Select the contact you want to associate with the group
    3. Tap “Details” > “Edit”
    4. Go to “Groups”
    5. Tick the check boxes associated with the desired caller group
    6. Tap “Back” > “Save” to confirm
