All tips above are nice, and we can also use Eelphone Mobile Transfer tool to share contacts from iPhone to Sony with one click, at the same time we can also transfer other data from iPhone to Sony at the same time like photos/sms/videos/apps.

iPhone and Sony have different system,so it is not easy to transfer data between them easily.
First, you can transfer data contacts from iPhone to computer through iTunes, and then transfer data from computer to Sony.
Second, you can use 3rd party phone to phone data transfer tool, such as MobiKin Transfer,it enables you to transfer data simply.https://www.mobikin.com/transfer-for-mobile/

To Transfer Contacts from an iPhone to Sony Xperia E1, Gmail and Coolmuster Mobile Transfer can help us do that easily. With their helps, we can transfer contacts from iPhone to Sony Xperia E1 directly. If there is a computer, two phones are in your hands, my suggestion is Coolmuster Mobile Transfer.

    Using iTunes to Transfer Contacts:

Using iTunes, you can transfer your iPhone contacts to your Google account, including the contact's name, image and any additional information. To use this method you need a computer with iTunes installed. (Visit the official Apple website if you need to download iTunes)

    1. Open iTunes on your computer
    2. Use the proprietary USB cable to connect the iPhone to your PC
    3. Your iPhone will appear in iTunes. Click it to access the summary page
    4. Click the "Info" tab and mark the "Sync contacts with" check box
    5. Select "Google contacts" from the drop-down list
    6. If you haven't added a Google account before, enter your Google username and password. Otherwise, you can click "Configure" and select a previously added account
    7. Click "Apply" and allow iTunes to sync the contacts
    8. On your Xperia E1, register the same Google account if you haven't done so prior to this guide. To add an account, go to "Settings" > "Accounts"
    9. Allow the Google account to sync the contacts with your Xperia

    Using iCloud to Transfer Contacts:

Assuming that you've previously used the iCloud service, then your iPhone contacts are probably already backed up onto your iCloud account. If so, then you can easily transfer these contacts to your Xperia E1 by doing the following:

    1. Use your computer's Internet browser to visit www.icloud.com
    2. Sign in with your iCloud account
    3. Click "Contacts", and select the contacts that you want to export
    4. Click the button depicting a cog wheel (located in the bottom-left) and choose "Export vCard"
    5. A VCF file containing your contacts will now be downloaded on your computer
    6. Import the VCF file to "Google Contacts". Alternatively, connect your Xperia E1 to your computer via USB, and copy the VCF file to the "sdcard" directory. Then, open the "Contacts" app, tap "Menu" > "Import contacts" > "SD card". Select the location to import the contacts and choose the vCard file

Using the "My Contacts Backup" App:

My Contacts Backup is an iOS application that gives you the option to share your contacts via email. To use this method of contact transfer:

    1. Open the App Store on your iPhone and download "My Contacts Backup"
    2. Open the application and tap "Backup". This will create a backup file containing your iPhone contacts
    3. Tap "Email" to create a new email containing the VCF backup file as an attachment
    4. Send the email to your own Gmail account
    5. Switch over to your Xperia E1 and open the email containing the VCF file. Download it in order to import the contacts to your Android device

    Using the "Bump" Application:

Bump is a very interesting app that makes use of cloud connectivity in order to transfer contacts from one phone to the other. While you don't need access to a computer in order to use this method, keep in mind that an active data connection is needed on both smartphones.

    1. Using your iPhone, visit the App Store and download "Bump"
    2. Download the same app on the Xperia E1 from the Play Store
    3. On your iPhone, swipe to the contacts section
    4. From the list of contacts, select the ones that you want to share
    5. When the "Bump now!" label appears in the top-right area of the screen, gently bump your smartphones together
    6. If done correctly, a "Connect" button will appear on both smartphones' display
    7. Tap "Connect" and wait for the iPhone contacts to be transferred to your Xperia E1
