It's not your phone problem it's her problem or she is lying.

So I have an LG and when I text my wife, she does not get the text until later that night. I don't have this issue with anybody else and she only has this issue with me. She keeps telling me that it's my phone and I should get a new phone. Can somebody help me out? Is it a phone issue? I have shut off the phone but that does not fix it. I have looked to see if the app has an update but it doesn't. When I text her next to me, she gets it right away. We are running T-Mobile.
