    You can sync your iPhone contacts to iCloud. After that, you need to export the files from iCloud to computer and then transfer to Alcatel Tetra.
    If you want more directly method,try to use phone to phone data transfer tool.With it's help,you can move contacts between phones directly.

    No doubt that the easy way to transfer contacts between mobile phones is using mobile transfer tool like Coolmuster Mobile Transfer. With its help, we can directly transfer contacts from one phone to the other from computer via usb cable connecting. It's easy and safe.

    Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

    NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account, and then you can sync the account data and contacts with the Android phone.

    1. Establish a USB connection between the iPhone to the computer
    2. Launch iTunes on the computer and click the iPhone
    3. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With
    4. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    5. Click “Apply” to begin the sync and once done, switch to the Android phone
    6. Log in with the same account used in iTunes and allow the account to sync contacts with the Android device

    Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

    NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can log in with the account on a computer connected to the Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for use on an Android phone.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and log in with your iCloud account
    3. Go to “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
    4. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    5. Follow one of the steps below:
      • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts” or:
      • Connect the Android device to the computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook via “Contacts

    Using My Contacts Backup:

    NOTE: Although the methods above require a computer with Internet access, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps like My Contacts Backup for iOS. The app can back up and share contacts via email.

    1. Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
    2. Launch the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
    3. Write an email and attach the vCard
    4. Send the email to your own address
    5. Switch to the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard
    6. Use the Contacts app to import the vCard to your phonebook

    Using Send Anywhere:

    NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app you can use on Android and iOS is. The app can transfer contacts over a peer-to-peer connection without requiring a computer connected to the Internet.

    1. Install the app on the phones from the Play Store and App Store
    2. Open the app on both devices
    3. On the iPhone, tap “send” > “Contacts” and select the desired transfer method on one of the phones
    4. Follow the prompts to complete the process
