Apple a well known smartphone company hasjust released the official WatchOS 7 beta.

Right now every owner of an Apple watch 3 or higher, can take part in the beat without a developer account.

The biggest changes coming with the new files include: official sleep tracking, improved bicycle directions and navigation, more watch face customizations including complications for Siri Shortcuts, hand-washing timer, and a couple of new workout modes.

The sleep tracking option is a long awaited addition that many fans has been waiting for. The Sleep app will have automatic sleep tracking, and a new tab will be added to the Health app. Dancing has been added as a fitness workout on the Apple Watch. More changes include more custom watch faces and download faces from curated lists on the App Store.

WatchOS 7 should be officialy released this fall.
